The short, honest version of the rules for using the site and joining Red’s Crew.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
By using theredbeardguy.com you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read, not to trap anyone.
The free parts of the site — the Nuzlocke Tracker, Rate ’Em All, videos and everything else not behind a Crew sign-in — are provided as-is, free, for personal use. We work hard on reliability but can’t guarantee the site, the tracker, or your locally-saved runs will always be available or error-free. Back up runs that matter to you using the tracker’s export.
Crew tiers (Pokéball, Ultra Ball, Masterball) are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe. Signing up needs a Google account. Perks are as described on the Crew page at the time you subscribe; we may add, adjust or retire individual perks over time, and if a change meaningfully reduces a tier we’ll say so before your next renewal so you can cancel first. Perks are for the account holder personally — please don’t share sign-ins or re-publish early-access content while it’s members-only.
Cancel any time from My Account → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your perks keep working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then the account drops to free.
Refund requests: redbeardguy.dev@gmail.com from the email on your Crew account. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
We can suspend or end a membership that’s being abused — leaking members-only content, harassment in Crew spaces, chargeback fraud, or attempts to break the site. If we end a paid membership for any reason other than abuse, the unused remainder is refunded.
Site content we make — videos, artwork, the tracker, the mascot — belongs to RedBeardGuy_ and can’t be re-sold or re-published commercially without permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing with credit is always fine.
This is an unofficial fan site. Pokémon and all respective names, sprites and marks are trademarks and © of Nintendo, Game Freak and The Pokémon Company. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided without warranties, and our total liability for anything arising from it is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above moves and meaningful changes get a mention on the Crew page before they bite. Questions: redbeardguy.dev@gmail.com, or the website help form.
