No trackers, no ads, and as little of your data as we can get away with holding.

This site is run by one person and a friend who builds the tools. We’d rather not hold your information at all, so most of it stays on your own device and the rest is kept by companies whose actual job is looking after it. Here’s exactly what happens.
Nothing about you is collected. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting, no account needed. A few things are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site works — your Nuzlocke Tracker runs, box and graveyard, your chosen tracker theme, and small preference flags like which panels you had open. That data never leaves your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data deletes it permanently. We have no copy.
Signing in uses Google Sign-In. We never see or store a password — Google confirms to us that you are who you say you are, and we read one thing from that confirmation: your email address.
Against that email we store your membership tier and the date you joined. If you choose to link Discord or Twitch, we also store the account ID those services give us, purely so we can give you the right role. That is the entire record. We don’t store your name, your profile photo, your contacts, or anything else from your Google account.
Member records are held in a private data store that is not readable from the public internet — only the site’s own server-side functions can reach it, and each one only ever returns your own record to you. Nobody signed in can see the member list.
When paid memberships launch, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site — we receive only a customer reference and whether the subscription is active. Merch and donations happen on external platforms (our merch store and Ko-fi) under their own policies. We never see your payment details.
Crew videos are unlisted YouTube uploads embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which avoids YouTube setting cookies until you actually press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.
The site is hosted on Netlify and site content is stored with JSONBin; both may log standard technical information such as IP addresses in order to run their services. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Video thumbnails and links point to YouTube, and live status comes from Twitch. Following any of those links means their policies apply from that point on.
Membership records are kept while you’re a member and for a short period afterwards for billing and dispute purposes, then deleted. Local storage on your device lasts until you clear it.
Email redbeardguy.collab@gmail.com and ask. We’ll delete your member record and tell you what was in it. You can also ask for a copy of it at any time. Signing out and clearing your browser data removes everything held on your own device.
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We’ll say what changed rather than quietly editing it.
