To Stripe, and only to Stripe. Payment happens on Stripe's own hosted checkout page, so no card field ever appears on this site and nothing card-related is stored here. We keep your email, your tier, and the identifiers Stripe needs to tell us when your subscription changes.
Any time, from the billing portal - the "Manage subscription" button appears at the top of this page once you have a subscription. Changing tier updates your Discord role automatically.
